October 2024 5.00This place was amazing! Plenty of space, amazing location, walkable, and charming. The only flags are that they no longer allow dogs, and the back of the house faces the railroad. These weren’t big issues for us (and in fact, if you arrive by train this is massively convenient) and we absolutely loved our time here. Thank you, Brooke!

June 2024 5.00We had a wonderful stay ! The location was fantastic, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The house was spotless and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. Traveling with two families, we found it to be a great place for the kids to play outside, with plenty of space, a BBQ, and beach gear. Highly recommended!

June 2024 5.00This place is amazing!! It is so darling inside, spacious, comfortable, clean and just awesome! It is decorated SO cute and the beds are very comfortable. The three full baths are a bonus. Walkable to both the beach and town it’s in a great location! Cute backyard with BBQ, basketball court in driveway, lots of parking. Just a great space. We stayed here for the weekend for my daughter’s graduation from UCSB and everyone loved the house. Keurig, ice machine, Corn hole, basketball hoop- lots of ammenities. Can’t wait to come back! Brooke was very responsive and a great host. This house is so great!

February 2024 5.00Beautiful spot in Carpinteria just a few blocks from one of the best beaches in California. The home has a perfect beach vibe and is so comfortable. It had everything we neeeded for a long 45 day stay and Brooke was super pleasant and responsive. We didn’t want to leave and will come back to this spot when we can. This was our favorite Airbnb we stayed in out of more than 45 that we have used.
